Her Beauty Dose accepts orders 24/7, with processing based on order sequence. Orders ship via USPS from Denver, CO. Delivery within the United States typically takes 2-7 business days, and 7-21 business days for international shipments.

Payment and Order Processing Times

Please allow 2-5 business days for payment and order processing. We process payments and orders Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will begin processing on the next business day. Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information at the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Times

USPS delivery times vary by location, generally taking 2-7 business days within the United States and 7-21 business days internationally. Once USPS scans your package, delivery times are beyond our control. We’re not responsible for any delays, reroutes, or delivery issues. However, we want you to receive your order, so if you have concerns, please contact us at info@herbeautydose.com.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

Incorrect Address

If you’ve provided the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at info@herbeautydose.com. We can update your address before shipping. If the package has already shipped, you can request an intercept through the USPS website. We aren’t responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by customers. You’ll be responsible for any additional shipping costs if the package returns to us.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. However, we’ll work with you to replace items. For more details, please see our Refund & Returns Policy.

Shipping During Summer

During the warmer months (June through August, or as early as May and as late as September), we ship butter-based products Monday through Wednesday only, to reduce the risk of melting or heat damage. We use insulated packaging and ice packs for these items during summer.
